Acknowledgment of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that activities involving horses are inherently hazardous. I voluntarily choose to participate in these activities with full awareness of the risks involved, including potential personal injury, death, or property damage.

Release of Liability

In consideration for being permitted to participate in activities provided by Sitting Horse LLC, Echo Stables, or any affiliated sponsors, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, agree that I will not make a claim, sue, or pursue any legal action against:

• Horsemanship Instructor Farrah Green

• Philippe Dube Boucher

• Steven and Echo Youngbauer

• Sitting Horse LLC, Sitting Horse Tribe, Echo Stables, sponsors, or any of their agents, employees, contractors, or affiliated organizations

for any injury, death, or property damage arising from my participation in lessons, clinics, or related equine activities.

Indemnification
I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless all of the above-listed individuals and organizations from any loss, liability, damage, or cost that may occur as a result of my participation.

Acknowledgment
I have read and fully understand this release of liability. I am aware that by signing electronically, I am waiving legal rights. This agreement shall be binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
